It shows Load time on the left (the word load is in Russian) Health on the right. Number of shells of the type loaded at the 6 o'clock position. Meters (distance to target on upper right. The enemy tank Armour layout at 7 o'clock position, when your ret. is over a tank. If you install it, it will over write your original ret. files, so just rename them, so you can go back if you don't like this.
